Mark Hancock
Mark Hancock was born and raised in Wooster. He is a graduate of Wooster High School and Kent State University. Mark Joined Hancock Insurance in April of 2003 as a producing agent and became the owner of the agency in 2009. Mark currently lives in Wooster with his wife and two children. Mark is an active member of Wooster Church of the Nazarene where he has participated in many ministries over the years and is currently serving on the board. Mark enjoys woodworking and restoring antique cars. His current project is a 1965 Ford Galaxie.
Sheri Boals
Sheri Boals was born and raised in the Sterling area. She is a graduate of Norwayne High School. Sheri has been a producer with Hancock Insurance since April 2007. Sheri began her insurance career in 1978 and has worked in both the independent agency system and the company side of the business. Sheri is an active member of Quota of Wayne County. She has two daughters, Kayla and Hannah, and 4 beautiful grandchildren. In her free time, Sheri enjoys heading to Lake Erie to spend time at her camper with friends and family.
Jenni Wigton CISR
Jenni was born and raised in Millersburg, Ohio. She graduated from West Holmes High School in 1991. She married her high school sweetheart, Jarrod Wigton in 1992. Together they have 4 children, Emily, Courtney, Kaylee & Bradley, and 13 beautiful grandchildren. Jenni and her husband have lived in Seville, Ohio since 2023. She started at Hancock Insurance February 2025. She took several classes and passed to obtain her CISR. In her free time she likes to watch and support her grandkids in the many sports they are in.
